Recommended Daily Dosage
Take one Primadophilus Bifidus capsule (2.9 billion Bifidobacteria and Lactobacilli) per day. Intensive dosage: After two weeks at the usual dosage, intake may be increased to one Primadophilus Bifidus capsule three times per day. To retain maximum potency, keep refrigerated.
